MISSION
Creating restorative spaces
Women of color are among the most resilient and the most overlooked. BBB is a response to that gap — a carefully curated space to exhale, connect, and intentionally invest in your balance, your beauty, and your cultural pride.
VISION
A world where brown women rest
BBB exists for women of color who give endlessly — as mothers, caregivers, professionals, and community pillars. We create spaces where they are poured into with the same intentionality they extend to others. Because a woman who is full can water the world around her.
GOAL
Make wellness felt, not just known
Through gatherings, products, and community, we want every woman who encounters BBB to leave saying: "I needed this." We measure success not in attendance — but in transformation.
A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER
This was built from
lived experience.
I know what it feels like to be the one everyone leans on. The caregiver. The backbone. The one who keeps it together when everything feels like it's falling apart — and still shows up with a smile.
I also know what it feels like to pour from an empty cup. To realize that somewhere in the giving, you forgot to give to yourself. That your rest became an afterthought.
Brown + Balanced + Beautiful is my love letter to every woman who has been told — by culture, by circumstance — that she comes last. You don't. You never did.

Every year, Brown + Balanced + Beautiful honors a woman whose impact speaks for itself. This recognition celebrates the women in our community who lead with purpose, serve with heart, and inspire others simply by showing up. It is our way of saying — we see you, and the world is better because of you.
Community
Sisterhood that Sustains
Wellness is communal here. We donate time and resources to uplift women and families — supporting federal workers impacted by the government shutdown, collecting professional attire for women entering the workforce, and assembling care packages for women experiencing homelessness.

For every woman who was told to wait her turn.
You have been the backbone. The caregiver. The one who shows up for everyone else. This is the room where you finally get to show up for yourself.
Somewhere in this room — between the massage table and the dance floor, between the fragrance you create with your own hands and the woman beside you who feels like a sister you've always had — you will remember yourself.
